The USS Michael Murphy, the Navy's newest guided missile destroyer, is docked in New York's Pier 88 for its commissioning ceremony this weekend.
We toured the USS Michael Murphy during its visit and got the opportunity to speak with the ship's commander and a number of its crew members. They explained a lot about the ship, its weapons and amenities, as well as the special connection the ship and the crew have with Lt. Michael Murphy, the ship's namesake.
