Farragut Elementary Student Wins Sony 'Rainbow' Poetry Contest ...

As Patch has already written, Sony Pictures Entertainment unveiled its soaring ?Rainbow? sculpture last week.

In addition, we wrote about the poetry contest that was held by Sony Pictures Entertainment in conjunction with the Culver City Unified School District.

All fifth grade CCUSD were invited to submit a poem to accompany Tony Tasset?s public art sculpture that celebrates Sony and MGM?s history and The Wizard of Oz.

Jezebel McCarthy of Farragut Elementary won the competition and was invited to attend the ceremony. She appeared at the event with her parents and teacher, Stephanie Manglinong.

You can read Jezebel?s poem here.

Congratulations, Jezebel!
