Job description
The Sr. Manager of Corporate Collections will contribute to the Company?s top line growth, profitability and free cash flow metric by formulating and administering a Corporate Collection and Dispute Management Policy. The position requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills to achieve goals by working constructively with business leaders, sales management, finance teams, service delivery managers and customers.

?Establish corporate collection and dispute management policy and implement across shared service centers as well as distributed collection sites across the globe. Policy should include development and implementation of collection strategies for major and non-major accounts as well as development and maintenance of treatment paths related to disputed items across multiple business lines.

?Administer the use of GETPAID Software to facilitate cash collections, dispute resolution and reporting.

?Advise senior management about economic trends affecting major customers and bad debt impact.

?Administer accounts receivable operations in a manner which contributes to company profits, customer stability and provide maximum protection to the accounts receivable investment.

?Counsel senior management, divisional operating management and international finance directors on credit risks, cash collections, extended payment programs, Technology Services industry practices, economic conditions, supplier evaluation and forecasting accounts receivable, DSO and Bad Debt Reserves.

Who we are looking for
??Experience in establishing and running a complete Credit and Collection function in a 1+ plus Billion dollar organization

??Ability to manage remote staff across the world

??Demonstrated ability to interface with Sr Mgmt on operational performance using key metrics to effectively communicate status

??GetPaid experience preferred
