I?m ready to pay $50 per month for your good work. Evaluation period is one month. I?m going to divide the forum into several parts and give a try to several bidders. After evaluation period (one month) expires, the only one will be chosen. Let the strongest win! Evaluation period will be paid to the person that will win.

Moderator responsibilities include:

On a daily basis keep making new quality posts which encourage users to reply that and make your contribution in user?s started thread. ? the forum has lots of unanswered threads - you should check for such threads on a daily basis and post answers (using different usernames) ? you could find answers using google etc.

Review new threads and posts, and post comments (using different usernames).

Periodically scan the forum for ?moderated? threads or posts, and take appropriate action (e.g., approve, disapprove, delete, etc.).

Prevent the use of rude or inappropriate language and the display of unprofessional behavior towards another member.

Prevent the discussion of an inappropriate topics, such as politics, religion, cultural heritage.

Monitor the forum for abusive posts, unauthorized spam or advertisements, and any other violations of the forum rules and edit or delete posts that violate these rules.

Keep in touch with Admin and send him a detailed report about your activity (how many posts you made and where, how many and which unanswered threads you answered etc.)

The main aim of a moderator is to show visitors that a forum is really active.
